AUDREY L. SANISLO

Audrey has been practicing law since 1994. She obtained excellent experience practicing employment law at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. for five years. Before starting her own firm (formerly known as Pajama Lawyers) in 2003, she was Senior Counsel with Pro Staff, a staffing company with operations in multiple states. Audrey managed the legal department and provided employment law and contract advice for the company.

Audrey is committed to practicing law in Minnesota. She received her JD, graduating within the top 10% of her class, from the University of California at Davis. Audrey received her B.S. with Distinction from Cornell University.

Audrey is a member of the Employment Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and presents to various employer groups.  She has presented at the Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute, the National Association of Purchasing Management, and at various other conferences.  Audrey also conducts training (unlawful harassment, documenting performance and other topics) for various clients.

In addition to her legal experience, Audrey was a human resources generalist for five years before law school. Having walked a mile in a human resources professional’s moccasins, Audrey strives to provide user-friendly advice and work, such as easy to follow documents with headings, contracts without legalese, and forms that real people understand how to complete.

Audrey and her husband, Mike, reside in the Twin Cities in Minnesota with their two children. Audrey’s passion is cruises.
